All non custom designs are payable to us at time of selection.

Shipping is an extra charge and will ship via USPS.

Custom orders require a 50% deposit with final payment due at time of completion. No refunds. Shipping is an extra fee thru USPS.

Return and Refund Policy

Terms of return of non-customized product:

Contact us via email at cleavecreations@yahoo.com within 3 days of receiving.
State Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product)
Store credit to be given for the returned item if received back within 14 days.
No credit to be given for shipping costs and return shipping fees.

Terms of return of customized product:

Absolutely no refunds allowed.
